5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance without compensation. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Permitted Use

222vd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from 222vd.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

8.2 Self-Exclusion

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction to close the account.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by 222vd due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no Terms violation is established, genuine deposited funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 222vd reserves the right to charge a modest dormancy administration fee against the dormant account balance on a monthly basis after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
